1. Parking of vehicles is only permitted on the basis of a contractual relationship. The contractual relationship is established when the parking card is removed from the parking meter. It is forbidden to enter the parking lot of the issued parking card. By entering the car park, the driver agrees to these operating regulations. If he/she does not agree with any of the regulations, he/she must leave the car park with the vehicle immediately.

2. The entry and exit gates are controlled by the parking card, which is submitted as a basis for payment of the parking fee. Please keep the parking card carefully.

3. On roads entering the parking lot, parkers are required to obey traffic signs. Failure to do so is a traffic violation. It is forbidden to park outside the marked parking spaces.

4. It is forbidden to drive a trailer, bus, truck, caravan or motorhome into the car park. The driver of the vehicle is fully responsible for any damage caused by failure to comply with this point.

5. In case of loss or depreciation (according to point 7. of these operating rules) of the parking card, the parker must purchase a new (lost parking card) parking card at the payment machine for a replacement price of 2000,-CZK. The parker can then leave the car park.

6. It is forbidden for vehicles from outside to enter the car park in the opposite direction with the exit barrier open and without a parking card issued. The open exit barrier is only for vehicles exiting the parking lot from the outside. For violation of this prohibition, the operator of this car park is entitled to a compensation of 2000,-CZK. The parker must purchase a parking card (lost parking card) at a payment machine for a refund of 2000,-CZK.After paying the appropriate amount of money, the payment machine will issue a new parking card for leaving the car park. The parker can then leave the car park.

7. Parkers are strictly forbidden to leave (theft, deterioration by sunlight, heat in the vehicle, etc.) the parking card in the parked vehicle, as it is thermal paper. Furthermore, the client of the car park is obliged to ensure that the issued parking card is always stored in a suitable place to prevent damage, creasing, or generally loss of legibility for the scanning device of the exit barrier or the car park payment machine.

8. Unroadworthy vehicles and vehicles parked outside the permitted marked parking spaces may be towed away at the vehicle owner’s expense.

9. Children may only be in the car park when accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their safety.

10. If parking lot traffic is controlled by an attendant, parkers must follow the instructions given by the attendant.

11. In particular, the following are not permitted in the car park:
– to carry out any repairs or refuelling
– to park non-moving vehicles
– to leave anything permanently outside the vehicle and to litter the parking area
– handling flammable substances and open fires
– free running of animals

– parking trailers or caravans
– parking trucks and buses

12. Any damage to parking facilities must be reported immediately to the attendant before the vehicle leaves the parking area (tel. 602 050 759).

13. The car park operator rents the user a parking space to park the vehicle for the contractual period. The operator is not liable for any damage to the parked vehicle and its accessories during the parking period.

14. The parking fee schedule is available at the entrance barrier.

15. The entire area is monitored by cameras.
